Why should your application be considered? This is your opportunity to demonstrate your academic achievements, personal commitment to professional development, future aspirations, understanding of the Goulburn Valley community, knowledge of general practice and anything else you think might assist your application.
We require the following evidence documents:
Certified copy of academic transcript;
Letter of Support from a responsible person willing to endorse your application. (A “responsible person” refers to: A School Principal, House Leader, Year Level Coordinator, or a person who knows of your difficult circumstances. It MUST NOT be a family member.)
The supporting documents used for your VTAC SEAS application may be used:
Category 2: Disadvantaged financial background
Category 3: Disability or medical condition
Category 4: Difficult circumstances;
A copy of your passport or permanent residency.
