Welcome to the Australian Communities Foundation Funding Proposal Portal.

ACF receives proposals from a wide range of organisations. This directory contains proposals that have been submitted by eligible organisations seeking funds. Each proposal remains on the directory for a 3 month period, or until fully funded.

Find proposals that you are interested in by searching the portal, using any of the fields to the right. Access a full proposal by selecting its title in the proposal listing below. Make a grant request, or request additional information via the buttons at the bottom of each full proposal. Contact grants@communityfoundation.org.au if you are having trouble navigating the portal or wish to learn more.

The ACF Philanthropy and Impact Team have performed basic due diligence on all proposals published to the portal, and can therefore confirm that published proposals are eligible to receive funding from ACF Sub Funds. If you would like the team to conduct further due diligence on a particular proposal, please request this by selecting the ‘More Information’ button at the bottom of the relevant proposal’s page.

Grant requests from your sub fund to organisations identified through the proposal portal or other means can be made at any time through Community Hub, or by emailing grants@communityfoundation.org.au and will be considered at the next CEO or Philanthropy and Impact Committee grant approval (within approximately three weeks of the request being made).
