We are proud to have recently launched our Impact Fund.
We will focus on issues of national concern such as Empowering Indigenous Communities, Strengthening Democracy, Tackling Inequality and Safeguarding the Environment. Granting from the Impact Fund will be directed to systemic issues where there are emerging opportunities to build new momentum and tip the scales towards positive social change.
To achieve this, we will seek out evidence-based projects that are scalable or which have the potential for wide impact and application. This could include research projects that help to shine a light on national issues or new approaches to tackling complex issues affecting Australian communities. Funding could also support pilot projects, scaling-up programs or tailoring of successful local approaches.
The Impact Fund activities are driven by the following principles of practice:
- Collaborative leadership
- Agile, solutions focused giving
- Enabling and empowering communities
- Leveraging to build momentum
- Innovation and learning
Potential Grantees can contact Sarah Thompson, Philanthropy Manager for more information.
