Brokers’ commission / funds’ fees are charged as incurred.  The investment manager has an agreed brokerage rate ranging from 0.1% to 0.3%, and does not retain any part of the brokerage fees.
All investment returns and sub-fund balances and statements are expressed net of all investment fees.

  3. Consulting Fees
Australian Communities Foundation Consulting Service is a fee for service activity for trusts and foundations, PAFs and other organisations and individuals considering philanthropic structures and activities.  In general, the Foundation charges an hourly rate, however annual retainers, fixed price or project fees can also be negotiated.
