We were honoured to host a morning tea late last year for ACF donors, staff and not-for-profit friends with special guest Dame Julia Cleverdon DCVO CBE .

Dame Julia has been described as “a passionate and practical campaigner who has gained an international reputation for connecting the unconnected, inspiring individuals and organisations to work together for the common good”.

We were encouraged by the stories she shared and gleaned from her wealth of experience in developing effective cross sector partnerships and collaborations to achieve social impact, tackle disadvantage and build a more robust civil society.

You can find out more about Dame Julia in ProBono’s article ‘Coming Together for the Common Good’. She also recently shared her thoughts on leadership with Generosity Magazine.
