On July 1st 2011 Melbourne Community Foundation changed its name to Australian Communities Foundation.
The Foundation was originally established in 1997 as Melbourne Community Foundation.
Australian Communities Foundation more accurately reflects the current work of the foundation which continues to grow nationally and reach globally.
We are excited about the future, in particular, being able to connect with new donors both individuals and corporates.
