Australian Communities Foundation offers individuals, families, groups, corporations and not-for-profit organisations an easy and satisfying way of giving something of real value back to the community that they care about. 

Australian Communities Foundation uses its grantmaking expertise and in-depth knowledge of community issues to assist donors develop strategic giving plans and make effective grants that meet their own charitable goals and address needs in the community

We research and identify the changing needs of communities, the patterns and trends of disadvantage, as well as the developing interventions and initiatives designed to address disadvantage. 

We understand the charitable and philanthropic spectrum, from supporting service provision and direct relief of disadvantage, to developing social enterprise and the more entrepreneurial opportunities available to the philanthropic dollar.
